There are a couple key parts to this question. First do you know that it is considered wrong in the eyes of the Church, and do you know that it is considered wrong in the eyes of the Church. If the answer is YES to both of the above questions, than you are consciously and deliberately breaking your relationship with God.
To make a good Confession, you must admit to the wrong doing and strive to not do that again. If you are not sorry for an act are you really admitting a wrong doing?? Do you plan to do the act again if the situation is there?
Keep in mind, not being sorry does not mean it is not a sin. What is more important to you, this life or the next? If you do not understand why the Church takes a stand on an issue, discuss it with your priest. He can give you a lot more details to the whys. You can even have that conversation in the confessional. You may end up better understanding why the Church teaches what it does and then you may strive not to do the sin again. Part of the Churches job is to help get you to heaven, not make you popular or give you the okay for wrong decisions.
